This was my first time using Black & White, and I was impressed with the customer service, the price, the car, and the positive attitude of everyone I dealt with. I received a phone call in advance to make sure all my details were in order the day before my rental. I was picked up promptly, and I was in my car within 20 minutes of arriving at the location. Great company!

Great customer service. Vehicle wasn't in the best condition. Interior was not clean. Vehicle had trouble driving uphill. And Vehicle's turn signal sometimes got stuck and stayed on blinking, even when lever was switched off.

This was the worst rental experience of our lives. I would never, ever rent from this company again, and I'll be leaving a review as such on Yelp. It started with the staff not being present, waiting 20 minutes to be helped after we waited 20 minutes to get picked up. Staggering indifference and unprofessionism exhibited by the staff. I'll never get those two hours of my life back.

I have never had a bad experience with Black and White car rental. Their name is fitting because everything they say they will do in black and white is exactly what they do. They honor everything they say they will and there are never any unexpected surprises. They continually find ways to impress me with amazing customer service, attention to details, the best prices on rentals, no hassles to up sell you even after you say no, and most importantly their honesty. I will repeat business.
