The Hollywood location where we picked up from was terrible. I wish the website had explained how difficult it was to find their office - inside a bus company. The cars are kept in an underground parking lot and we had to walk through a mall and down 3 escalators just to get there, PLUS I had luggage, an infant and his car seat with me. Very inconvenient. The Beverly hills location is much better and the company should explain that on their website to avoid future client dissatisfaction.

I had to wait over an hour to be picked up! I ended up being late for an appointment and the delay put me in way worse traffic! When I finally got to CRX, they didn't even have my vehicle ready! I asked if they had another vehicle that was ready. She rudely answered with, "Well NOT in the compact class that u ordered!" I waiting longer and she finally came back with another car (midsized) that I was able to use. But the car felt like it had an axle or balance issue and felt unsafe! Unsatisfied!

This was not an easy experience. We had to wait several times at pick up and drop off. It was a longer than typical rental process. While the staff was lovely, the car felt like it was going to fall apart while driving it. Good price point. Could be better quality.

Was charged an extra $14 a day for liability insurance since I didn't have my insurance. Never had this problem with other major agencies. Plus the time for the paperwork to be done for me to get the car was a little long. Other than that, renting here was great.

I've rented from B&W before, but after this visit, I will not be back. From collecting bags to driving away, it took 1.5 hours. When they were checking us in (20 minutes), the car was outside waiting for us. Then in the lasts 5 minutes of check in, a staff member drove it away. We waited another half hour for him to come back. Apparently they needed to fill it with gas. We were then stuck in rush hour traffic, and really frustrated with he whole situation.
