The customer service was fantastic however, the first car I rented was sketchy at best and I needed to trade it in for one that ran better and felt safer.
Was charged an extra $14 a day for liability insurance since I didn't have my insurance. Never had this problem with other major agencies. Plus the time for the paperwork to be done for me to get the car was a little long. Other than that, renting here was great.

I've rented from B&W before, but after this visit, I will not be back. From collecting bags to driving away, it took 1.5 hours. When they were checking us in (20 minutes), the car was outside waiting for us. Then in the lasts 5 minutes of check in, a staff member drove it away. We waited another half hour for him to come back. Apparently they needed to fill it with gas. We were then stuck in rush hour traffic, and really frustrated with he whole situation. This was my first time using Black & White, and I was impressed with the customer service, the price, the car, and the positive attitude of everyone I dealt with. I received a phone call in advance to make sure all my details were in order the day before my rental. I was picked up promptly, and I was in my car within 20 minutes of arriving at the location. Great company!
Great customer service. Vehicle wasn't in the best condition. Interior was not clean. Vehicle had trouble driving uphill. And Vehicle's turn signal sometimes got stuck and stayed on blinking, even when lever was switched off.

Great experience. Only negative was that the pick up/drop off range is too short. It didn't include Hollywood.
