Reservations was lost, went to the wrong location, airport location the guy made us wait about 15 mins while he finished phone calls, the lady was nice but they didn't have the car, ubered us to Beverly Hills location where we should have been to begin with. Once we got to that location everything was great! Josh was fantastic got us in the car right away. Didn't like the fact I had to take a bus to a waiting area in a parking lot to be picked up. Not the service you expect to get a car.

My experience with their service was absolutely wonderful! Everything they promised was exactly what I received. Their simple instructions on which shuttle to take to Lot C, was easy and convenient. They picked me up in 10 minutes as stated. The check out process was hassle free and fast! I was out of there within 15 minutes! As I drove by the other major car rentals and saw the long lines I knew I made the right choice. Will definitely be using them again! Super happy with Black and White!

Receptionist at the desk was very rude. Very angry that I didn't buy supplemental insurance. Got in my face and said company would come after me if we wrecked it. Treated us like we were hooligans or something. Worst experience I've ever had at a rental car company and I've used over a dozen other companies. Cheaper price = cheap service unfortunately

The dtaff was very good. Would have preferred an airport pick up. Seemed to take excessive time to do paperwork. It's the first rental that hasn't had a full tank of fuel. Not good

Car which I wanted not available. Offered smaller car which seated one less person, then a larger car for more money. Ended up not renting a car, because they wanted to charge me all money upfront to put reservation on Master Card debit card.

I am very impressed with Black and White. Their customer service was excellent! My daughter-in-law had mistakenly forgotten her mobile in the courteous van. We were dropped to the airport and within 5 minutes realised her phone was missing. I called immediately, and immediately I was told our driver would shortly be on her way back with the phone to drop to us. We had to wait maybe all of 20 minutes in total, and the phone was returned. Great company!!! :))

I rented the car online with a 10pm pick up time only to discover once we arrived that they closed at 9p. We were upgraded because of that. When we picked up the car the next morning, the clerk literally typed in his computer for 20 min without telling us what he was doing. Then he asked for a utility bill. Really??? About an hour after we left, he called and asked us to come back becuz he forgot to make a copy of my drivers license and insurance card.
