Very good in general but I wish that they would have advised me to bring proof of insurance. Also the change oil light was on For a majority of the rental duration

Overall I was very satisfied with the service. My biggest disappointment had to do with the pick up from the airport. We had to take a shuttle to the cell phone lot and then wait over 20 minutes for someone to pick us up, which was much longer than I was promised. It would have been much more convenient to be picked up directly from the terminal.

The staff went the extra mile - VERY much appreciated. Getting the car was problematic. Taking the Lot C bus to be picked up and taken to your office is too many steps. Proof of auto insurance was demanded but marked not mandatory on the form. If customer needs a child seat, have it installed and have the customer check and sign a waiver - or at least show the customer how to install your car seats. Finally, car was switched at last minute as the first was 'sold' as we were about to leave. Odd.
