The only semi-negative comment I have is that the method for pickup could be improved. We took the "C-Lot" bus and called from the cell lot as instructed. The wait was a bit long and no shelter to wait in, which wasn't too bad in the good weather that we were having, but had it been stormy the situation would have been far less than desireable. Otherwise I have only positive comments.

Very much appreciate the service and no hassle in attaining a Porsche 911 for my dad's birthday. He had a graet time! The staff was very friendly and personable. If the service from her is like this from all service agents, would highly recommend the service to other customers.

It took a little longer than I would have wanted to get picked up at the cell phone lot. Once I was picked up the staff was really professional and efficient. The rental was as described online though did have a few more dings on it than I usually find on a rental. I did choose the cheapest option and did get a great deal so maybe that's what you get. All in all I would rent from them again, the price was really good and the staff were really professional.
