I was offered a great deal for upgrading to the economy. But when we got the car it reeked of smoke so I asked if there was a different car available, your staff was very prompt on getting me a different car. I appreciate the fast response on that situation. Unfortunately the second car didn't smell of smoke but was not really properly clean, since the car had a musty odor and I got some sticky (maybe gum?) on my pants. I am very happy with the employees and their courteous and prompt assistance

I waited 45 minutes for their driver and then gave up and called Uber. The agency kindly refunded the cost of the ride but I lost a lot of time. Otherwise a great experience.
