The only thing I didn't like was the 350 dollar hold on credit card. Everything else was great!

Very good in general but I wish that they would have advised me to bring proof of insurance. Also the change oil light was on For a majority of the rental duration
Great experience. Easy pick up and return which is important. Look forward to renting form them again next time I am in Los Angeles.
Amber was wonderful! So was the man who dropped off the car and helped me understand how to drive it and how to get the convertible top up and down! I can't recommend Black and White highly enough.
Vehicle was a piece of crap needing maintenance the entire time I had the car.
