Upon returning our car, the employee who was driving us to the airport terminal got into the vehicle. He did not communicate that we were to put our luggage in the car. Nor did he communicate that we were taking that car to the terminal. My party of 3 stood outside the vehicle while the employee sat in the drivers seat using his phone. We were essentially ignored. It was an odd experience. The price however was superb and our car was clean.

Took way too long for us to get picked up, and the attendant asked too many personal questions that made me uncomfortable. Questions that the major car rental agencies have never even thought to ask me.

They charge was different than the reservation amount. Also, the car was compact which was good. But I wish it had automatic door locks. That is very basic.

Overall, the staff was great to work with. They were very patient with me as I had to verify information and were knowledgeable about the process. They even helped me save money by helping me understand how my reservation and return times. The car was very well taken care of and very clean.

My rental car was filthy inside. The seats had tons of stains on them. There were air fresheners tucked away in random spots and the smell was overwhelming. I assume this was to hide the smell of something from the previous driver. The car seemed like someone's personal car not a rental car. I had to go thru some sort of background check just to rent a toyota corolla. They even looked up the house where I am staying on google maps. Called my insurance company to verify my coverage. Weird

The rental rate was excellent. The quality of the vehicle was poor. The vehicle engine was very loud and vibrated the car, the acceleration was poor, the breaks were poor, the traction and suspension and maneuvering were poor, it was difficult to drive above 60 mph, the seats were stiff and uncomfortable, the electronic console was unresponsive, the trunk space was small.

Everything went well except for waiting for 28 minutes in extreme heat was very unpleasant which led to headaches and dehydration (thought was a 10 min wait and there was nothing closeby to get water)
