Took too long to go through all the "hoops" to finally get the rental once we arrived at the rental agency. Very nice staff and nice customer accommodations while standing around waiting.

I was worried at having to get to a parking lot & call for pickup but they were amazing! They were very friendly, showed up in just a couple minutes & very close to the airport, prices were phenomenal & lower than any other company, clean vehicles, friendly staff, fast service day of drop off & they got us back to the terminal super fast. I called & asked how long we needed so I could stay in Disneyland as long as possible, it worked perfectly! I will use them every time I am in LA.

I received a car without automatic locks. As a personal preference it was extremely annoying to have to manually lock every door AND trunk. But other than that everything else was terrific.

I will never rent from the car rental place again as it was too difficult to get from airport to rental location and then when I showed up they informed me I would have a $500 dep necessary for the rental. And then because my flight left at 8:30am your rental place didn't open until 8am so I had to leave at an after hour lot and was never told I would have to PAY a $35 fee to use the after hours drop off. Unbelievable!!! Will NEVER use this again!!
