When we got to black and white facility, it took much too late long for the desk to process our paper work. More than 45 minutes. They kept blaming the computers and printer.

Hector was the man
My rental car was not ready when I arrived and I had to wait an hour for another car to be prepared. There were no other customers and I even called earlier in the day to check-in on my reservation. Also, there was a $500 deposit that was not made known to me until the very last minute. There was only one employee that tried to be accommodating, but she was not directly interfacing with us. Checking the car for pre-existing damages was not a collaborative effort and the employee was rude.

It would be nice to be picked up at the airport instead of having to ride a bus to the cell phone area and cross a busy street with all of your luggage and wait on someone to pick you up on the side of the road.
Staff was helpful, car was good and price was great.
The only problem we had was that the power outlets did not work which put a crimp in charging phones and a GPS. You might want to check this out for future customers
