After so many mistakes it's fixed later because some of the employee they dont' know what to do

2hour late charge .1 days payment. When I go pick up car wait for 3 hours. And no body pick up the phone.
My "airport car rental" reservation was for 20:30. My flight was delayed and I arrived at the Airport Car Rental area about 20:55 with no TransCanada car rental booth to be seen. No one at the booths seemed to know about it. They suggested it might be a NON-airport car rental nearby. I called the phone number twice with no answer. I ended up having to rent from another agency. Don't advertise as airport car rental if you are not located in the terminal. I was very annoyed, disappointed
To be very honest, your driver didn't know the location of the agency. Your man at the counter was very dry. Office looked shady.........
Representative was incredibly courteous, friendly, and customer service oriented. Assisted with lowering insurance costs by advising me to contact Gold credit card services. Still found over all cost quite high, but helped me out in a bind.
Trash was in glove box and car smelled like cigarettes. Was disappointed that car did not have cruise controi. Had to wait checking in and took close to 30 min because computer wouldn't print.
The person lost their way to my house in the morning but was it wasn't too big a deal; compesated by the person waiting for me as it was a blustery/stormy day. Would possibly rent again but only online.
Everything went very smoothly, once we got our head around where we had to go we were fine. The car was fine, could have been a little cleaner inside, but overall things were great.
My rental experience was absolutely unbelievable. The representative that assissted me was named Osman and he was so courteous and helpful that heis excellent customer service has nnow made me returned to him 4 times for car rentals. Their unbelievable rates and service is what keeps me coming back. I will for sure rent all my other vehicles from this location.
