My family and I we are very satisfied with the car, the service and the confidence I could have during my 3 days using the vehicle. I am certainly recommended the company to my friends and relatives. They didn't know this company before and are expecting to have the opportunity to rent in the near future, mainly to travel in Ontario.
As a first time user, I felt the actual desk at the Dealership was inadequately signed, difficult to find.
The actual experience of renting, plus the value were excellent, and I think both my wife and I agreed we will use you as our preferred office from now on, after previously using Budget,
The phone number provided on the email confirmation was not correct for our pickup time. I tried several times to reach the office using a local & an 800 # but got no answer. After several attempts, I found a number that worked in the phone book.

good prices and but it would be great if it was lowered
First off the rental location no longer existed. We finally found it and it was associated with Pay Less. The rental employee charged us $750 deposit on a $200 rental and when we refused to take the car because of that, he wouldn't credit the card.
Everything was fine during booking: unlimited mileage and all. Rental place is not TransCanada but Payless. Mileage is 200 km/day. The clerk repeatedly points out a Local Renter's Policy link but on TransCanada's website, there's nothing about that.
Please provide firm confirmation to the client - charges & tax included, so that their are no problems. Customer feels cheated when any additional charges are levied at the time of returning the car. Mention separately about CWD/SLI/PAI charges
I rented through Trans Canada Car Rental at Pierre Elliott Trudeau airport in Montreal. There was no representative or booth.at the airport. I called and was told to take a hotel shuttle..I wasn't told this prior and would never rent here again.
