I was charged more money for a slightly bigger car; the one I requested wasn't there. The car was very dirty in the inside.

Tires were very poor at the front of the vehicle.
The insurance coverage is not satisfactory. For the same price at Enterprise, your get unlimited coverage with no deductible. The vehicles are better at Enterprise also..
They didn't have the car I reserved online so I got a cheaper one (economy instead is standard), yet I still paid the higher rate.
The car also had an empty gas tank upon pick up.
free mileage or no free mileage?
When I arrived to pick up my car, they initially tried to overcharge, despite my printed confirmation, once this was sorted out, they advised that despite my confirmation saying I had unlimited mileage, because I live in the area, I had a cap of km. In trying to resolve this matter, the two gentlemen were quite curt and condescending. When I returned the car I noticed there had been an empty beer bottle under my seat all week, very disappointing overall... on the upside, returning it went well
they highered the price, and didn't know about the booking
The staff was courteous, but the vehicle had foul smell (similar to stale milk) but I would rent again if vehicle is clean and service level is improved and a better vehicle is provided at the location 801 Dixon (Sheraton Hotel premises). Advertised free pick-up at airport, but itemized in bill airport taxes $17.74. This is an off airport site and unexceptable. I rented thru the internet, then was picked up from a side road miles from the airport.
On return was asked for a bill of over $450.00, yet my quote was $145.76. In the end charged me $146.03.
He quoted my fuel at delivery as 2/8 of a tank but was at 1/8. Not acceptable as I then had to find a place to fill up for my trip.
