Hi Chaps, really disappointed with the huge insurance excess bill you had me buy - made the attractive initial price look very average indeed. May as well use main provider next time.

Rates were not respected. There was around 40$ difference between the quotes I had online(and what I booked online) and what I was charged for my 3 weeks of car rental. This is not acceptable and is a rip off as it means that what we book online means nothing!!!

no indication/directions to find the agency unless you call the depot on arrival (not handy with a foreign phone) quoted $63 all included but was charged $101 saying that I needed compulsory insurance and that the quote was in US$ ( wrong!!) car was not on site, we had to go to pick it up somewhere car was dirty, smelly! overall, not someone I would trust again nor recommend, rental companies at the airport can do a better job and price. Sent an email to give a chance to explain but no answ

The only problem I had was the staff did not make me feel very welcome or like a customer should be treated in my opinion. They just didn't seem to want to go out of their way to accomodate me. Just because the rates are good does not mean the customers should be treated like theiur business is not valued. Thanks R Morrison

The ad does not make it explicit that the rental company is off the airport. I had to call multiple times to figure out how to get to their pick up area. I waited 45 mins to be picked up from the airport. The staff person had an attitude! When I brought the car back in there was no one, I had to wait 20 mins before I decided it was getting dangerously close to my flight time and I had to act. I had to give the keys to the hotel staff & they had to take me to the airport in their shuttle!!

The car was dirty, It was not cleanned properly, It still had garbage from the previous user. The tires where low on air... the warning light was on when I got the car. The wiper fluid was low. It does not look like your team cares on the condition of the car. It would be dangerous to rent a car in such state when you are counting on a realiable and safe ride. I may not rent from your company again.

The car received was not the level of car expected (contracted) but there was no other. The car was filthy and I was promised a discount on the return of the car but this was not done as when I returned the car (at 4pm) the staff was away.
