This was the worst experience from all of rental cars up to now. For 7:30 a.m. pick up I got the van at 8:30 am. I was given an older minivan. Scratches all over the place. I had to ensure they record every mark on the car so they don't back-charge me later. The car was dirty from inside. Hairs everywhere. I had to vacuum myself. All glasses and whindshield were sticky. It was a rainy day and wipers were not cleaning. I was on highway at night and highbeam light didn't work at all. Terrible exp.

Upset as Agent did not informed that insurance was mandatory for foreigners I had declined but due to language barrier agent just kept saying ok ok initial here. I showed her confirmation price she said yes. Then when i checked out other charges that i did not initial were added. Went from 249 to 698 after showing check out agent our copy he reduced to 570. Feel you should clearly inform and show mandatory insurance charges on the confirmation and agreement. Final Price was almost 3x quote

I did not end up renting a vehicle from this location. At the time of pickup the retail counter tried to change alot of the terms that were stated in the rental portal. I better have not been charged.

I had a good experience with the staff I interacted with. The only thing I would say is that the amount shown online for the third party insurance for those who have insurance via their credit cards should be updated to match the amount on display at the rental office. This way, there are no surprises for renters who book online when they arrive at the rental office.
