Dont go with them.
If you dont wanna wait for hours wondering in the airport
If you dont wanna get an attitude from their staff
If you dont wanna drive a car that you can find garbage and left overs in it

The gentalman was so disrespectful and was not helpful at all very rude. I was about 2 hrs late to pickup my car and he said it would be at least 2 hrs before he could rent me a car. I will never use your service nor would I recomend it to anyone. This was the worst service I ever got and I did not rent from you.

1) I had to wait for an hour to get my car, although I had booked it 1week in advance.
2) The car it self was extremely dirty inside, full of left overs in the trunk and glove box. I found empty bottles of coke under the seats.
3) You must be lucky to find the staff behind their desk as they are always moving cars from airport to downtown and vice versa
4)I dont recommend trans canada at all, although sometimes they offer the cheapest price. Dont expect a good service if you wanna go with th
Very flexible and courteous staff, a nice change form other companies who have been so abuse and misleading.
Worst customer service experience ever! Will never ever rent from the agency (TransCanada). Staff was rude, ignores requests and not to mention.....yells at customers!
I left my GPS in the car called the following morning. they never seen it.
Good experience, but a bit expensive after adding additional driver, taxes and other fees
Car was not present (1 hour wait), Child seat was not present. Not allowed to drive to US. No cruise control. Trunk-lid was vibrating (very irritating when using back mirror. Amount to pay was over $CAN 100 than agreed. no paper at all when returning car. We were very disappointed.
Had to wait 45 minutes for pickup after 2 calls. Other than that, car was good and clean, no problem there...
The base rental rate is good but then the insurance and other extras for 4 days was 200CAD I have seen other car rentals with 20$ Insurance a day. I think this is dishonest way of doing business and will be presenting my case to the proper authorities in Ontario.
