Ok for a very low budget rental. Waiting to see how the final charges work out.
The staff was the worst! VERY RUDE AND INPOLITE! They lied, thratened me and even moked me at some point, I’ll never rent from this firm again aslong as it has this nightmare of staff and customer service!
The vehicle was new and in good condition, The pick up and drop off were seem less and the instructions were very clear. i would certainly recommend to my friends. it would have been good if we had car pick up from other location. Over all i am happy with the price offered very competetive
Overall I liked the contactless reservation process, but there was an issue with document uploads which delayed instructions on where the vehicle was located and what steps to take after getting on the shuttle. This created a frustrating beginning to getting the rental from the airport.

Website not clear regarding limit on mileage for rental.
I submitted proof of insurance 3 days before my reservation. I did not realize that the card attached was out of date and would expire day of rental. Did not hear from Carzi until I tried to pick car up. Whomever I was texting with threatened to cancel my reservation until I pleaded and was able to update with current coverage. This would have been nice to know the day I submitted documentation

Best car rental experience ever! Easy, no hassle, instructions are very well explained. There was an issue wury the rental amount and it was corrected immediately. Highly recommended!
