The rental was very good and service was great very easy to deal with
The rental experience of getting and returning the car was fine, however, the car was damaged. Virtually all sides of the vehicle had dents or scratches and there were 2 large chunks out of the windshield. One appeared to be repaired, but the other was not and spread throughout the 4 days.
Car had two tires worn down on the inside exposed wires- could not see until removed tires and have car seen- had to have to the spare put on- company not helpful - car was not safe! Would never use again!

Loved how it was truly a contactless experience. I was able to text with the agent and have everything dealt with before I arrived. Directions to access the car, leave the lot, and return then vehicle when finished were extremely clear. Great rental experience!
I was there after hours due to a flight delay. Even after hours the service was outstanding! Promptly picked up at the airport, taken to the lot, that car was right there, and I was off! I'll never rent a car from another agency in the Phoenix area! Very reasonable prices, and excellent service!

Carzi is a scam. While you will have a car to drive - it will be dirty and an absolute POS and they will end up trying to charge you double what you paid. My rental car looked as though it had never been cleaned and the back hatch had the loudest rattle. Upon returning, they claimed I signed a contract that stated a mile limit - I did not, I didn’t even see this contract. Customer service is arrogant and horrible. This place does not know how to run an honest business.
