Rental process was veryy easy. I wish I would have known before purchasing the vehicle there needed to be a $400 security deposit. I would have been able to plan my trip better!
My car didn’t have registration on it.
Carzi should not be in business. The “customer service” is some angry dude texting you insults and berating you and then telling you to bring the car back. When I said sure, I’ll bring it back for a refund they go silent. Absolutely the worst car rental experience I’ve ever had. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned in awhile, I returned it nicer than how I got it. Will never go through them again and will make sure others don’t either.
So much easier and faster than a traditional rental agency.

Carzi is efficient and price competitive. Some of their vehicles show their age, but function fine and the lower price makes it worth it. I will use Carzi again.

The agent who texted me instructions was EXTREMELY RUDE and argued with me at every point in the process. He offered a vehicle upgrade then promptly took it away, and even accused me of lying about my previous experiences renting cars (I've done so regularly for 30 years). I didn't mind the contactless aspect of your services, but merely because of the tone, snarkiness, and bait & switch of the agent I will not be renting from you ever again or recommending you to others. Bad customer service
Not only was it extremely hard to find the vehicle, I had to wait over an hour to receive it. Once I returned it, I was also told I wouldn’t receive my security deposit back because the fuel was empty. When booking, I was informed that the first 400 miles were free. When contacting customer service they said differently. Overall this is the worst experience I’ve had with a car rental company and will not be choosing this one ever again.
