A attendant would have been nice at returning but I figured it out that I had to text you upon return so that could have been made clearer but otherwise great rental service.
It was the dirtiest car that i ever rented in my entire 52 years of my life. It was not cleaned inside and smelled bad. It was also kind of dirty from outside. It seems like it was not washed or cleaned from inside at all.

Both Mike and Isra are awesome. My car is always ready, no hassle pickup and drop off.
I was very pleased with my experience with carzi. I was a little nervous because of some of the reviews I had seen, but this rental experience was great & I would absolutely rent from them again.
Was charged 4x what I was quoted. Vehicle did not have current registration or insurance and got impounded.
The text response was fast and helpful. There were many email exchanges to contact me to keep the rental organized. When I arrived at the car there was sand in the back and inhaler under the driver seat. Otherwise, the car was clean. It was easy to pick up the car and exit the parking area with the parking card. The gas station was right down the street so it made it easy to fill up and drop off.
We were early to pick up car. $25 change for early pick up. Not right!!! Very unfair!! The car did not start the last few days. Had to use jumper cables!!! So I called in. No one answered the phone. No help!!! Then a Tex said I didn’t pay for roadside assistance!!! I have insurance with my insurance company and American Express!!! Why would I pay!!! We drove to airport nonstop so it would keep running!!! Just poor management. We are 75 years old. So much stress!!! Never would I rent from you
You should have been more clear that it wasn't unlimited mileage. I'm sure you said it in the fine print.
