The vehicle that was given to me smelled awful, was very dirty. I had to wait 45 minutes to even get a response from anyone once I arrived. waiting in phoenix in the hot sun for 45 minutes to get a vehicle is unacceible. There was no one in the rental building. The vehicle had broken taillights and should not have been on the road...
It wasn't fully clear what the pick up or drop off process would be and wasn't sure about if there were rules about gas usage and how I get charged.
What staff???

Vehicle was extremely dirty. Tires were worn out. Did not have rental contract until after we left lot. Asked to have representatives call me but never received a phone call. Had to reach out to get instructions on how to get car. Still have not received my deposit back. Over all terrible experience.
Picking up and dropping off the car we’re very easy faster than going over to the car terminal

Limited mileage sucks, paying for overage sucks as well.
Carzi is my absolute favorite rental car company! They are kind, communicative, and thoughtful. The vehicles are always reliable and good quality. The convenience of not having to go to the PHX Rental Car Center and wait around at the counters is OUTSTANDING!
