We were early to pick up car. $25 change for early pick up. Not right!!! Very unfair!! The car did not start the last few days. Had to use jumper cables!!! So I called in. No one answered the phone. No help!!! Then a Tex said I didn’t pay for roadside assistance!!! I have insurance with my insurance company and American Express!!! Why would I pay!!! We drove to airport nonstop so it would keep running!!! Just poor management. We are 75 years old. So much stress!!! Never would I rent from you
We always get a great car. This is my 7th time with Carzi. But this time not happy with the car. Was given another one but not much better. Just dirty and all stained up. Also was a 2023. But I will try Carzi my next trip.
Process seemed like it should have been seamless but the communication about the location of the car was several hours behind schedule. Then the car was not there when we went to the spot. They did promptly give us a different vehicle. No one is in the office or answers the phones. The AI texting app does not work. I would use again but have lower expectations of efficiency.
