they were in touch and tried upselling me on a bunch of options before the rental, which is fine. once the rental started, they wouldn't respond to any of my messages. very very very poor support . In addition, the car was in terrible shape: Wiper blades were worn out, no wiper fluid in the car. 2 stone chips in the windshield, one right in front of the driver. Two rear tires were both losing air and had to be refilled multiple times.

I was renting them every week and had no problems. One rental I had booked full size SUV but they were giving company suv , I asked for refund for the difference and they said dont ever rent with us.. I requested not to cancel and I will ok with what I paid already as i was landing in few minutes . But they ignored all requests and canceled my rental. I had to juggle to figure out a rental at 11pm in the night. Do not rent with them , they will not care and cancel on you without any compassion.

The customer service was so rude to me. They yelled at me and threatened to take the car away because I asked too many questions even though I was being nice about it. Then they denied to allow me to extend or book a different car when I needed more time, I’m so frustrated with this experience. On top of that the car AC did not work well. It was blowing out hot air in the 120 degree weather

First time pick up without agent present - text agent rude and unhelpful, used profanity when I complained about the car having a cracked windshield and her unhelpful attitude - crack was 20" wide across half field of view. Tried to upsell when Carzi's advertising specifically claimed no hassles or upselling. No help offered other than we were told to leave the vehicle and get a refund. (Wandering the lot at night without a car?) I should post online, but the return agent was less rude.
