The car ran fine. The windshield wipers were not acceptable at all. Overall it was exactly what I needed.
Hesitant, at first. I didn’t know anything about the company. The pricing was half of my usual rental agency and a decent vehicle. I also liked that Carzi offered airport pickup and had their vehicles well protected in a gated and covered area.
Never again
This is an ideal company as long as you know how to do things online FIRST before arriving. IF you are old (like us) and are not familiar with doing things on your cell phone, it becomes quite difficult because there is NO live person to help you. Very frustrating for the first time, but now that we know how to do things, it is
truly contactless and can be VERY fast and efficient.
Seeing the negative reviews online, I was hesitant, but my experience was overall excellent! Receiving paperwork was delayed, however, questions and concerns were addressed quickly. Car was in great shape. I did ask for an SUV and ended up with a mini van, but it was clean and ready to go. My friends rented the same week that I did and were delayed three hours by another agency, so me being able to pick up immediately was a HUGE win in my book. 10/10 would use again.

I was told I would get a Nissan Altima or similar, I got a Honda HRV which is not . Also it had no Apple car play which is critical when driving in a new city for directions. Other than that the experience was great
Carzi was a great experience! They were half the price and very easy to use. I will definitely be using Carzi from now on!
Exterior was dirty and covered with dents and peeling paint. Interior smelled bad. Gas tank wasn’t close to full. Poor communication about drop off location.
They canceled our reservation last minute and I’m struggling to get our refund back. They were impossible to communicate with and I would strongly recommend using any rental service but theirs in the future.
