The experience was very good. No wait line etc. with contactless rental. The only thing was some of the instructions were bit confusing for a first time renter

Hard to rate customer service as it was so limited.
Was at curb at 9:55 pm, no shuttle waiting for us at the designated spot at phx airport. Tried calling the number for pickup, no answer. Tried texting, no answer. Had to take an Uber to get to the rental spot.
Everything else was good.
I like how convenient and simple the process is. There were 3 cracks in the window shield that I was not informed about before the vehicle was given to me. The “low tire pressure” alert kept bothering me throughout my stay. It’s not in my itinerary to stop to get air in a tire. According to discount tires the tread was at a 2, not the appropriate 4. That could have been taken care of during inspection and cleaning. I was told if the car needed a tire I would have to purchase. No roadside h
Only complaint is the $400.00 deposit. That’s an exorbitant amount of money for an $87.00 rental.
