efficient, process and car were as described. Instructions were clear.
The staff was very nice to inform the instruction. And very easy and quick to get a rental vehicle.
The only comment is letting people know about the $400 deposit before booking and pay it so you can get the information and instructions faster about your rental
Zero customer service, cannot talk to anyone many hidden fees. I will never do business with this so called company again. !!!!!!! Extremely disappointed
I enjoyed not having to interact with anyone face to face. The instructions were sent via text and email so it was clear what was expected. The bus from the airport to the parking lot was great.
Easy easy rental, nice car.
This is the first and last time I will use this rental company. It wasn't clear that I had to add on coverage and then by the time I did the rental was far more expensive than other options. The car was disgusting and the cheapest rental car I've ever had. There was dirt smeared all over the vehicle, it smelled and it was just overall a really poor vehicle that hadn't been cleaned properly between uses. The whole experience was far inferior to even your average rental company.
The overall car rental experience was great.
I have put the large amount of security deposit. Please kindly release it as there was no issue with the car upon return.
I have to schedule the transfer among the other accounts and I need to make sure this gets return ASAP.
