Very easy and great rate
Definitely budget friendly and budget car. But we didn’t need much. The car could have been a little cleaner, but nothing horrible.

Although I did not deal with anyone in person. I was impressed with the quick response with text messages. Easy to find vehicle, easy instructions, overall very easy process.
The most horrible travel experience, and I have worked in the travel industry for over 20 years. Completely miserable, rude and unresponsive customer service via text only. Unheard of. Do NOT even consider using this "agency".
