It worked perfectly for my needs but may not be for everyone, as you need to follow a logistical path specifically start to finish and be reasonably savvy with your phone. I thought the communication and instructions were well done and covered the bases. Many people I come into contact with are not mentally calm and patient enough for this process, as well done as it is. I will definitely use again!

I was given a fob key with low battery. Car broke down and would not start when I needed to get to the airport. I was stranded. When I called agency for help they refused to let me speak to a real person. The text bot just told me it was my own problem to fix. I will never use this agency again.

I was a little panicked when I got to the baggage claim terminal because I had not received the email detailing how to pick up my car but that was quickly resolved via text. Drop off was pleasant and friendly. I would absolutely recommend Carzi to anyone needing a trusty rental.

It was just okay. I has some questions during the use of the car. I tried 4 times to text with Carzi and never got anyone to respond. That was really frustrating.
