Awesome service before, during and after rental. I needed to extend the rental by a few hours and this was arranged in minutes at no cost. Easy airport pickup and drop off - great staff.

We waited over an hour in the line for reservations because only one person was working the desk. It’s certainly not fair to the employee and not customers.

We waited over an hour and ten minutes in a line for our rental car. There was one person working the desk. That is highly unfair to the employee and customers.

9th rental. Had prearranged rental months ago. First person being waited on and the 2nd (not in line) had no reservation. Was not greeted or told 2nd party was ahead of me. Two suggestions-1. Need to identify/follow faster processing for reserved vehicles. Did my part, do yours. As a patron, felt penalized/slighted, a little more to the story. Most all information I provided for during reservation was asked for again and handwritten. There are better ways. On return lady handling it was great.

As a long time Andy's customer I was disappointed that they could not accommodate my request for a larger SUV. The one we got would be classified as a compact car here. The inability to make a for all of the month that we were there indicates a shortage of inventory on Andy's part.
