The clerks were extremely helpful and prompt. The car was disappointing. We had a windshield wiper fly off in a heavy rainstorm well driving. We took it and it was replaced. The touchscreen in the car is the worst thing known to technology. It goes rouge on what’s selected. You can’t use it for maps unless you get some lucky startup magic. Horrible for people new to the island and need to follow directions. The car died once we parked it on return.

When we picked up the car, we left something in the waiting room. Appreciate them hanging onto it for a week until we came back to return the car!

We visit Grand Cayman yearly and have used Andy's for all but our first visit. We have always had great service and received a fair price. We highly recommend Andy's for price and convenience!
