Wewere not given the car that was on our contract. The car that was given to us was too small for the number of people in our family and our luggage. When we questioned why we were given a smaller car, we were told that we were given a smaller car because that's the car that this particular lady preferred over what we originally rented. When we told her that we would not fit in the car that she gave us, they went and got the oldest model they could find of the car that was on our contract.

We went with Andy’s because we do not have a major credit card and Andy’s only held $100 for a refundable deposit. They were very friendly and helpful and we will use them again.
