We did have an accident with Andy's car. the staff was amazing with helping us know what to do, picking us up from the accident site, getting us into another car. They were beyond helpful

Everything was excellent. Rashien was particularly helpful and informative. And was helpful in making suggestions for activities and she drove me back to the resort. Instead of leaving me at the lobby, I have mobility issues, she drove me right to the door of our unit. We will be renting a vehicle again next week and hope that Rashien will be there.
