The process for renting the family van was very easy without any issues. We rented at the Seven Mile Beach location which was convenient to our hotel. The price for thr van & insurance was less than it would have been at other companies. I highly recommend this rental company.

The staff at the counter on Saturday 11th july was impolite & racial. She was going out of turn to satisfy others. She appeared to have no idea of the booking, very poor behaviour, probably frustrated that she was alone & doing too much work. Did not seem to have any time.
