very good experience with very good value
Advance Car and Truck Rental provided excellent high quality service. A number of my family members were flying into Toronto for a family reunion at a cottage. We all rented cars for the same period of time. Others rented from the big names with outlets at the airport. I paid much less but got just as nice a car - a new Honda Civic -- and more personalized service than others. Plus, the service was prompt and I was in my car and driving north to a family cottage in the shortest time.

I rented two weekends one after another and the last weekend my plans was disrupted because I received a phone call late friday around 8pm letting me know that there would be no one in the Office before 9.30 am and it would be better for me to pick up the vehicle and when I go to pick up the vehicle I was then told I need to pay an additional $25.00 dollar I was very upset because your staff was very arrogant and even say I could go elsewhere and why the weekend before I did not had this probl
