On top of the rate code i was charged $6 a day because i was opting to use my own insurance.. not good.
All fees that I would be charged should be included inonline quote and was not....unhappy to have surprise of additional 58.00 added to my bill. Desk staff need more customer servcie training.
We had to wait an hour to be picked up. Vehicle had a strange smell in it. The rental fee was cheaper than competitors, but when we went back to return the car, they tried to pin damage on us by deliberately pulling out a fender. RENTER BEWARE!!!

I felt an unjustified insurance charge was applied (not included in the rate quote), related to collision damage. I was requested to bring proof of my own insurance covering this element, which I did. But the $5.99 daily charge was applied anyway.
Wonderful, kind, friendly people work there -- they are an asset to your company. One even took the time to show me how to properly work my own GPS!
