I would recommend to a friend for the price which was acceptable with this agency
The staff person Radj was not knowleadgeable and he try to cheat us twice. First there was a hidden charge of insurance transfer of 5.99/day. We had our insurance but we still had to pay a transfer fee of $5.99/day. He constantly changed the numbers and was reluctant to give us written contract.
When we return the car which was one day earlier he wanted to charge us one extra day. We rented for 9, kept the car for 8 and he wanted to charge us for 10. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.
The car was nice and price was the best in the area
I almost lost my seat on my seat because I was asked to wait for them to check out another customer...which was not a quick process and the site of the car rental place is 10 minutes away from the airport. If you rent from them-make sure you plan accordingly! I also had to pay an extra fee since my flight arrived after hours. A lot of hidden fees too once the bill actually comes. I won't rent from there again.
At airport payphone I called the tollfree number for pick up. It rang busy and went into messages.I tried many times before someone answered in person. Once answered, the pick up was quick and the rest of my dealings with this company were excellent
The vehicle I rented was great. With my family of four, the van was terrific. There was no wait at the airport. We were picked up and dropped off. Great idea when you have people like us that aren't from the area. I wold definately rent from again.
Was forced to use their liability ins. no disclosure of what I was buying!!! Insisted I had personal coverage they did not care. Waited 40 minutes for pick up airprt. Return car no one was there 45 mins late & $50 charge use 407 ETR U get what U Pay4
This was the worst rental I've ever had in my life, and I've rented alot!!
The agent tried to charge us an additional $250 to refuse your insurance, and to get my wife listed as a driver. This was a complete surprise....so we walked away.
I had a great feeling dealing with Advantage car & truck rentals. Professional and to the point without trying to rip you off with overpriced insurance.
No, I am not going to rent from this agency again, I rather walk and not get through this again...
