Upon arriving at Orlando airport called customer service number for pickup. NO ANSWER. Had to call other location for service, then wait for more than 30 minutes to be picked up. Staff did not seem to be overly concerned and offered a poor "we're sorry". No copy of final receipt given to me at check in. Shuttle driver's English should be a lot better so to answer customer questions

The price was 2 1/2 times the quote, and we were forced to add a sun-pass which we did not want or need for more than $10 a day. I would never deal with this company again.

Horrible experience! Tried to charge me extra money even though my printed reminder confirmation letter stated a cheaper price, was trying to charge double on surcharges and taxes.. never will do business with them again..

The rental agent tried to sell us all sorts of things we did not need and was very misleading. He told us that everywhere you go there is a toll and some of them don't take cash and said that for $6/day we would be covered for tolls. We opted out of that, every toll took some sort of cash. And the offer to pay for gas through the company was pitched as though we'd only pay $1.99/gallon and I'm sure what it really is you pay for the whole tank at that rate. It just felt very slimy.

Most horrible experience rental experince. They did not honor the contract. My original quote was 67.67$ including taxes but they charged me 170$ by changing to a bigger car at their own will costing 70$ for car base price and taxes extra. Staff is trained to confuse the customer and force them to shell out more money. The rental location is at a distant place, they will pick you up for free but will take 45min to reach and will ask to go back on your own if you don't pay.

The company did not pick me up, waited 45 minutes before I had to pay for a taxi. When I arrived at the address the company had changed names, (confusion). I was not told that the drop-off was a different location than pickup. When I went to drop off at the pick up location I was directed to the "back of the building, large signs for "ACO" led me to a closed and locked gate where I beeped the horn and finally had to go to one of their competitors to find out where to go to drop off. Sad

we waited 45 minutes for a shuttle at MIA. the phone numbers provided did not work. when we finally got picked up, and got to the location at 7 (which is the time where they are supposed to open) there was no one to help us. we had to wait 20 more minutes for a person to appear, and he was very rude and disrespectful and did not know what he was doing. They charged us for extra money for an insurance that was not specified when I rented the car online. terrible experience

DO NOT RENT FROM ACO! They lure you in with a low price, but it is too good to be true! They only work with 4-5 insurance companies and if you don't have one of them you are FORCED to pay an extra $24.99 for their own insurance. Nowhere in the reservation process do they tell you this. If you try to cancel when you first find out at the rental counter, you are charged $10-$15 and you don't even have a car to rent. It was back to the airport for me to get a car from a different company. :(

Staff was not helpful - mentioned many costs that were not made clear ahead of time. Staff would mention things like, you can't use a debit card - AFTER she would run the card. Told us we need to find our insurance info and then walked away from us. Was not made clear that the rental would not be available at the airport, we needed to take a shuttle off site, which was not obvious during the booking. Car rental site didn't say ACO rental, so it wasn't even obvious when we got to the site.
