I have rented from many agencies before. This agency was very deceptive! They try to hit you with every possible charge! We were forced to pay for Sunpass at $55 and only paid 2 tolls ($3)!! If I did not bring proof of liability it would have been more $$$. They had rediculous other charges displayed at the counter. Like excessive beach sand $150. Lost key $250 etc. It's the first time I had to worry about detailing the car for fear they would add some bogus charge!! Beware ACO (TRU) agency!!!
I'm reporting this company to the Florida system attorney general. I was quoted a price of $104. When I went to pick up the car it was $287. I refuse the car and had to take a taxi back to the airport. The company has two hidden charges you must pay a daily rate for toll roads even if you do not use those roads. There is also an additional convenience fee which nearly triple the cost. The staff is not fimmular with company policy. I WOULD NEVER RENT A CAR FROM THIS PLACE.
Bait and switch tactics are very distasteful. No need to make customers rent a speed pass with every car rental
Smooth and seamless car rental experience. When we arrived at Miami airport, the shuttle van was there to take us a short distance to the rental car agency. When we returned the car, the shuttle immediately picked us up and dropped us off for our returning flight.
No one ever picked us up to get the car. We called both numbers on the email and no one answered. In both cases, I was directed to voicemail boxes that were full. We ended up renting from someone else who was able to match the quote.

We were quoted at $93. We paid $168 because your agency requires we pay for the SunPass. We were driving 20 minutes to Universal studios and passed no tolls. So we essentially paid for nothing. We prefer to pay tolls cash, like we've done tons of times in the past when we rent cars in Florida. Last, you should not advertise you are at Orlando Airport. You are not at Orlando airport. We specifically wanted an airport location and had no idea until we received your email a day before. Bad.
Upon arriving at Orlando airport called customer service number for pickup. NO ANSWER. Had to call other location for service, then wait for more than 30 minutes to be picked up. Staff did not seem to be overly concerned and offered a poor "we're sorry". No copy of final receipt given to me at check in. Shuttle driver's English should be a lot better so to answer customer questions
The price was 2 1/2 times the quote, and we were forced to add a sun-pass which we did not want or need for more than $10 a day. I would never deal with this company again.
Horrible experience! Tried to charge me extra money even though my printed reminder confirmation letter stated a cheaper price, was trying to charge double on surcharges and taxes.. never will do business with them again..
