This is the worse company I have ever tried to deal with. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN!!! They never answered their phone when I called about being picked up. They still have not answered their phone days later. They never picked me up at the airport. I was left stranded on a holiday weekend and was unable to rent another vehicle. I still have never received a call back or an email about my "reservations". Horrible Company!!!

FRAUD!!! Too many HIDDEN FEE! (In the fine print after purchase) It would have been ALOT cheaper to have rented from a well known national agency AT THE AIRPORT. How was I suppose to return the rental car when my flight leaves at 8am and they open at 8:am??? I learned a very expensive lesson (financial and emotional) which I will share with everyone!
There was no shuttle at the airport so I never got a car. No one answers the phone. I had to pay for another rental car. This was a complete and total ripoff. It is the worst consumer experience I have ever had in my life. I am going to tell the airport that they should rescend ACO's license to even use their faciility. I will never use your service either because I now know that rentalcars.com could care less about the quality of the agencies in their site. Do these people even rent cars?
I did not receive a confirmation email with my voucher and I had trouble contacting the agency the day before by phone. No answer. They did have a reservation for me when I arrived, but I was uneasy not knowing until I reached the counter.
It took over an hour to get helped to get the rental, when arrived to return the rental the office was closed and had moved to a different location.
The worst company, very poor unprofessional staff. They were not honest about their online rate and added the double price ( caliming it is mandatory service) I don't recommend this company to anyone.
I am extremely disappointment in ACO Rent A Car. They require you to call for pick up but did not answer for 45 minutes. Then the shuttle broke down. The driver was extremely rude. It took 2.5 hours for us to get to the rental car which was 10 minutes away. And they over charged me $80 for the car. The management did not care about our inconvenience and was dismissive. Their is not enough space here to explain everything that happened. Awful experience. They ruined our vacation.
This company doesn't respond to emails concerning the over charge $171.18 for a rental that should have been $110.85. I was charged total of $282.03. I barely put 100 miles on the car, I had a 9 am flight for 5-19-17. I turned in the car and was never given any paper work except what I received at rental. I never used the Florida Pass, I stayed within a 5 miles radius of Turkey Lake road. I have email you all 3 times already and have never received one email back in response.
The reservation says you pay 10.9 dollars per day per EZ pass use but you get charged 20.9 dollars per day regardless of whether you use it or not. This is fraudulent because it should be added to the reservation as you can't do anything about it. I would never recommend this group to anyone. They also don't open on time. I was almost late for my flight. Ultimately a very dissatisfied customer.
