There was no shuttle at the airport so I never got a car. No one answers the phone. I had to pay for another rental car. This was a complete and total ripoff. It is the worst consumer experience I have ever had in my life. I am going to tell the airport that they should rescend ACO's license to even use their faciility. I will never use your service either because I now know that rentalcars.com could care less about the quality of the agencies in their site. Do these people even rent cars?

I did not receive a confirmation email with my voucher and I had trouble contacting the agency the day before by phone. No answer. They did have a reservation for me when I arrived, but I was uneasy not knowing until I reached the counter.

I am extremely disappointment in ACO Rent A Car. They require you to call for pick up but did not answer for 45 minutes. Then the shuttle broke down. The driver was extremely rude. It took 2.5 hours for us to get to the rental car which was 10 minutes away. And they over charged me $80 for the car. The management did not care about our inconvenience and was dismissive. Their is not enough space here to explain everything that happened. Awful experience. They ruined our vacation.

This company doesn't respond to emails concerning the over charge $171.18 for a rental that should have been $110.85. I was charged total of $282.03. I barely put 100 miles on the car, I had a 9 am flight for 5-19-17. I turned in the car and was never given any paper work except what I received at rental. I never used the Florida Pass, I stayed within a 5 miles radius of Turkey Lake road. I have email you all 3 times already and have never received one email back in response.

The reservation says you pay 10.9 dollars per day per EZ pass use but you get charged 20.9 dollars per day regardless of whether you use it or not. This is fraudulent because it should be added to the reservation as you can't do anything about it. I would never recommend this group to anyone. They also don't open on time. I was almost late for my flight. Ultimately a very dissatisfied customer.

The office was offsite so it required a shuttle but that was not a huge deal. The office was tiny & even though there were 3 office workers, only 1 rental could be processed at a time so we had to wait for 2 other rentals before we were helped. The advertised price should include the taxes, fees, and toll pass charges. When those are hidden, it is harder to compare prices. The shuttle driver was not very friendly.

This company's quote was far lower than other companies but their final total was far higher than other companies because of all the FINE PRINT monetary additions. Mostly, they charge you $65 per day in toll fees even if you are not driving on toll roads. Most companies charge what you use in tolls. This is a TOTAL scam.

I absolutely will not be renting from ACO Rent a Car in the future, nor will I suggest this company to any friends or family. I booked the rental car online, and the price I was quoted was not honored, nor did the employees seem to care. It was 3 TIMES the price I was quoted online, and I was basically told "Too bad. This is it. BTW, here are some extra fees." And because I was shuttled 15 minutes away from the airport, I didn't really have a choice as I was stuck without a car. Never again.
