We didn't end up renting from them because when we got to the actual office they laid fees onto our total which was never mentioned in the reservation, and for ridiculous things. The staff was nice and the shuttle was great but it was clear why there was no one in their office. We left unsatisfied and had to quickly book from another agency.
Much preferred this agency in that I did not have to provide any credit card info to reserve or pay a deposit.
Would like to see company do more regarding environmental commitment and sustainability practices to use recycled paper with ONLY post consumer waste content for all paper needs and reduce use of plastic as much as possible.

I've rented cars for years and have never had such an awful experience! $600 deposit on a credit card that cannot be a debit card is ridiculous! Also, they trick you with the rate. I have never paid even a dollar more than the quoted price. At this place, if you decline their insurance, your rate doubles! My reservation was supposed to be $35, but I paid $71! Worst customer service ever! I'm surprised Kayak advertises them. I would highly recommend renting elsewhere.
Ripped off by Damage Recovery Fee of $10/day. Why? I have my own insurance and you didn't mention that fee. Also the the employee's explanation: our company's policy and 2nd level disclaim.
Overpriced Insurance for people who don't have the specific insurances accepted for a 10 dollars a day fee. In 13 years living in the USA, I have never paid 21 dollars for insurance, that was just to cover the car, if I wanted to be insured for damages to a third party, I was going to be charger another 11 dollars, so for a complete coverage I would had to pay 32 dollars a day, that is crazy! Is more expensive your insurance than the daily rate for the car. I WOULD NEVER EVER USE ACO AGAIN
I rented once an economy vehicle with rear-backup-camera which was super helpful. I thought that had become industry standard. I had to do a last minute reservation so the rate was higher plus it was a holiday weekend. Maybe with enough time the rate is lower? It was an easy to find and get to location by being dropped off in another car. I really HATE the vehicle recovery fee since I have full coverage insurance. I wish they would allow to drive out of Florida.
I've rented from many different co and internationally & have never heard of having to pay to use your own personal full coverage insurance ($10 a day)? They have cheap car rates but hide this ridiculous fee in their terms and then bombard you with it when you're there so you end up paying more than other rental companies. We asked the service rep to show us where it said this on their website and it took her 15 minutes to even find it. They charge you $10 to get dropped off at the terminal.
The Teaser rate quoted is substantially less than the REAL RATE after they tack on $10/day when you opt out of their insurance program.
The Car rental company charged me an additional $10 per day fee for using the collision insurance associated with my credit card that was not clearly spelled out in the original booking. I was told that it was written in small print in a separate agreement that you can find by clicking on a conditions button. any unusual fees should be part of the base rental charge so you can do a proper comparison of rental car companies.
