I booked it online for a Toyota Corolla but was given a Nissan Sentra instead. Not to happy with the Nissan but overall good company & cheap

We came to pick up the rental car but were told additional fees of $10 per day would be added to cover us using our own insurance company for collision if occurred. So we used another rental company. Very disappointing since booking was done months in advance.
First the counter in the airport was poorly staffed and the line just continued to grow. Once I got my car the gas tank was not filled up. I noticed a few dings and noted them. We drove out of the parking garage and on to the interstate when we noticed coffee splattered all on the ceiling of the hyundai sonata. We had to turn back around and ask for a different car. Why? Well who wants to rent a dirty car and I did not want to be charged for the cleaning of the coffee on the ceiling.
Please provide more information regarding the charges for insurance options. Maybe that should be a required choice part at the point of reservation. I think that would help cut down on confusion when a customer arrives. Also it would be helpful to know full liability is required if a person wants to use their own insurance beforehand as well.
Awesome experience. Would rent from them again. I loved the upgraded car.
I do wish it was mentioned on kayak that the rental service was not in the rental car service building, but a 5 min drive. I didn't mind since it was the cheapest, but it took extra time, even for drop-off that I didn't consider and nearly made me miss my flight.
After all of the additional fees, the price came out to be more than double what I thought I was getting when I reserved the car.
Your insurance coverage is legal mumbo jumbo. I've rented hundreds of cars and I always provide my own insurance. I was forced to take yours! I'm tripled covered, and your "fine print" doubled the cost of my rental. I will never rent from you again, and will encourage every company I work with to do the same! Your website is also misleading...you are not located in the airport, but had to take yet another shuttle offsite of the airport. This took an extra hour in 100 degree heat.
I ARRIVED TO PICK UP THE CAR AND THEY WOULD NOT RENT TO ME, YOUR OFFICE NEVER INFORMED ME THAT I COULD NOT PAY WITH A DEBIT CARD. YOUR OFFICE CHARGED ME $15.00 WHICH I AM FORMALLY REQUESTING A REIMBURSEMENT, SINCE I WAS NOT ABLE TO RENT THE VEHICLE.
