I was quoted one thing and then told a much higher price when I got there after the lady ran my credit card. I made her refund the amount and I rented a car from a different company that honored their quoted price.
I recommend that you get sun passes for each car and charge an amount to the person renting the car so they don't have to deal with a charge later on. This would make it more pleasant.
I waited 40 minutes for the shuttle. Then I was told that I would have to pay $10/day to use my own insurance or pay $23/day to get insurance. I opted for neither. I asked to be taken back to the airport and rented from E-Z Car Rental in terminal instead. ACO was a poor experience all around. I will definitely not be back.

I used Kayak to choose ACO. When comparing rentals, insurance is not contemplated and since I was using my own insurance, the 10USD daily wasn't taken into account. I find that fee after making the reservation and that's confusing. I think that fee should be included, and ACO will be clearer and still very competitive in terms of price.
