My flight was delayed due to thunderstorms. Although I have indicated my flight number during booking when I have arrived at the office my car was not available anymore. Why ask for a flight number if you do not monitor arrival?
No information was given that the ACO office is outside of terminal and there is a shuttle outside. Had to look for the their office inside the terminal, then had to look for a phone to make a call (did not have a local number). Information to be provided in advance.
Despite being assured when I rented the car online that the price I was quoted included all charges, the rental company hit me with a number of additional fees when I arrived at the rental location that almost doubled the price of the rental. Their staff was very unhelpful.
To whom it may concern,
I won't rent a car from this place again and I will warn all my friends not to do so. First, because they charge an extra 10$/day for having my own insurance and their lowest insurance rate was 23$/day, so whatever rate someone gets, it will jump up by at least 10$/day. They made me to make a deposit of 600$ which is not fair at all. I would suggest to all car renting websites to put a note of at least 10$/day extra for this renting agency

The staff was great yet the quality of the vehicle was below the standard I expect from a car rental. The seats were stained. There were different colored foot mats. Overall, the vehicle interior was in bad shape. Price was great but I would pay $5-$10 more per day for a better quality vehicle.
I was not very satisfied with an additional $10 fee per day for not accepting the additional insurance fee. My insurance coverage was above above average and the additional fee was not necessary. This was never mentioned when I contracted online.
The staff was kind and considerate.
I was quoted 103.33 and ended up paying 240.00. I will never rent rom ACO again.

When I did the reservation, you never noticed me that I could have extra charges because of insurances... It doubled my account
The fee for not purchasing your LDW is in my opinion wrong. I travel frequently and have never encountered a fee for this before and it frankly is something that should be included in the rate. Everything else met my expectations but I feel that this fee is a rip off and it alone will make me never rent from you again. You obviously receive quite a bit of resistance about it considering you had to put a sign on the counter about it so maybe you should reconsider this business practice.
