Beware! Bait and Switch! Long wait, long shuttle to their lot to learn ACO REQUIRES purchase of THEIR insurance + $600 deposit. ACO refused to accept my full coverage/comprehensive policy from Essurance, "an Allstate Company."ACO has a very short list of providers which actually includes Allstate. My low rate of $118 went up to $199. I believe ACO counts on the long distance from he airport for the success of this money grabbing tactic. Seemed highly unethical. I refused.
There were too many hidden items in order to waive a fee I must pay a fee?

Your company is deceptive with the rates. The online rates should be the same when you arrive to rental station. I've never had a rental company charge me for returning the car between certain hours. I have never been charged when I decline the insurance. The way you run your rental company is deceptive and i don't like doing business with companies like ACO who provide cheap rates online then turn around and nickel and dime you once you arrive.
This car company is a compelte scam. They lure you in with fake rates and then put fees on top of everything, blowing your quote out of the water and claiming they have this written in the fine print "terms and conditions." This does not show anywhere. Extremely poor experience, I actually ended up taking the shuttle back to the airport and going to a different car company.

The fact that I was charged $10/day to use my own insurance was a surprise and extremely disappointing. Also, seems to be a disadvantage for people who didn't know this and don't have insurance cards available. Fortunately, I was able to access my insurance cards on my phone.
TERRIBLE!!! I had to pay for a my own cab to their location because their shuttle bus was "broken". They would not let me deny the insurance even though my insurance covers rentals. They took a down payment from my Visa but then said it would not qualify as a credit card. I told them that I was not going to do business with them and I was told that I needed to leave the property because they chain off the parking lot at night. I guess they thought that would scare me into their highway robbery!!
