My search for a one-day rental revealed a mini-van for $77. That seemed like good value until I discovered there was an energy surcharge, facility recovery fee, surcharge(?), vehicle license fee, concession fee, and sales tax that brought the cost up to $95.34. Then course, I was hit with an unmentioned $23 insurance fee when I picked up the car. Final total: $120.64
I have rented many cars around the world, and this is the most disingenuous marketing I have ever encountered. So disappointed.
Classic bait and switch with a not clearly disclosed $10/day recovery damage fee if you decline their insurance. When I explained I'd be reporting my experience to Kayak, they cancelled my reservation. I'd already agreed to pay the extra fee since I had little choice.
Terrible customer experience. Never again.
It was very easy and fast. The right size for an agency to be treated in a familiar environment. The clerk who attended me treat me and help me in a very nice way. Thank You!
the only problem was pickup from airport. dispatcher informed me to go to section A, when the driver was actually in section B [which was where i was] - but once the pickup confusion was settled, all went smoothly

Unfortunately I forgot something in the trunk and the cleaning crew stole it. Very unhappy about that. My phone number is 407-257-0574. It's a shame people are employed who have no honor.
I was quoted $89 for a 5 day rental. When I got to ACO they told me I needed to use their insurance at an additional $23/day. If I used my insurance, which I always have I would need to leave a $600 deposit. I've never had an issue using my USAA auto insurance on rentals before and never had to leave a deposit before. Upon returning the car with a full tank of gas ACO tried to insist that it wasn't totally full. I pumped the gas and toped it off. It seemed like a scam for more money.
My flight was delayed due to thunderstorms. Although I have indicated my flight number during booking when I have arrived at the office my car was not available anymore. Why ask for a flight number if you do not monitor arrival?
No information was given that the ACO office is outside of terminal and there is a shuttle outside. Had to look for the their office inside the terminal, then had to look for a phone to make a call (did not have a local number). Information to be provided in advance.
Despite being assured when I rented the car online that the price I was quoted included all charges, the rental company hit me with a number of additional fees when I arrived at the rental location that almost doubled the price of the rental. Their staff was very unhelpful.
To whom it may concern,
I won't rent a car from this place again and I will warn all my friends not to do so. First, because they charge an extra 10$/day for having my own insurance and their lowest insurance rate was 23$/day, so whatever rate someone gets, it will jump up by at least 10$/day. They made me to make a deposit of 600$ which is not fair at all. I would suggest to all car renting websites to put a note of at least 10$/day extra for this renting agency
