NEVER RENT FROM THIS AGENCY... they are located offsite, they want to charge you $23 a day for insurance that you do not need... if you forget to bring your insurance card they will not allow you to have your agent fax or email a copy to them. You also cannot just show them your phone. Then, even if you do have your insurance card with coverage amount on it, they charge you $10/day to waive their insurance... THIS IS A TERRIBLE PLACE TO GET RENT A CAR.. Go with a real company onsite.

Car had more scratches/ dents than most cars in a collision shop. Staff pressured to purchase roadside/ insurance. Almost got stranded due to debit card policy. Would never recommend
Honestly, I've never seen so many issues with a car rental company. I waited in line once the shuttle took me to the rental company for nearly an hour. Both customers in front of me felt they had been misled. They then said they would not honor my car insurance policy unless it specifically said "loss of use". I could not get my rental. When I told the attendant that I would use my own insurance they informed me that I needed a printed copy of my insurance paperwork. This would have been fine if I was told beforehand, but on the spot it just feels like they are trying to force me to pay ACO's insurance which is higher than the daily rental rate offered. This was terrible customer service.
The staff was very helpful and explained everything clearly and accurately. The car was great for the price.

We waited an hour at the Orlando airport pick up location. The shuttle never came. Tried calling repeatedly. The phone was constantly busy. Tried the 888 number, which someone answered...in Miami. They then informed us that we needed to call the same # that had been busy for almost an hour.
Fix this.
This company only allows for insurance from a very small group of car insurance companies. This information was nowhere to be found until after the booking is complete. It actually shows up on page 3 of the confirmation email that they send you after the reservation. As a result of this, my original $44 rental turned into $146 because I was forced to take their insurance. Very deceptive and I think car rental express should no longer offer ACO rent a car.
I arrived at Orlando Airport and went to the courtesy phone kiosk by baggage claim. I dialed 285 for ACO and it rang forever till the receiver went dead. Called back, hung up on me. Called again, was told to wait for 10 mins outside at B11. No show. Called again, said to wait for 10 mins again, no show. Walked over to Alamo and just rented a car and got on my way
