Good experience. Make sure you use an American Express Credit Card to avoid puchasing their insurance if your insurance is not one they accept.

We had the worst customer service experience EVER! ACO requires a physical copy of the insurance policy rather a simple proof of insurance, which unfortunately we don't have with us. Our insurance company offered to fax the policy. ACO supervisor, Genaiie Gonzalez, WILL NOT accept a fax or email. She cancelled our reservation and asked the shuttle to take us back to the airport!!! Let's just say I shared my experience at a conference and will be writing my reviews on various platform.

This company should be avoided. The staff will not work to help you with issues such as insurance proof, or the huge deposit they will require with good insurance.

Absolutely horrible company policy in regard to the insurance. I dont know of another company that requires you to present your insurance papers at the counter to prove you have car rental insurance and especially one that puts it in such small print. It makes your company feel like a "AHA gotcha" company. Many people have the insurance and know that reputable companies do not require you to have it on hand when renting. Check google reviews too as I am not the only one that agrees about this

I rented a car from ACO at Orlando International Airport (MCO) from 10/7/15 to 10/11/15. I purchased the LDW as well. I picked up the car at 9:44 AM on 10/7. On the agreement the return time was specified as 10:40 AM. When I returned it on 10/11, I entered the store at 10:40. By the time the employee (named Emilie Rodriguez) was done processing the return, the time was 10:44 AM, and she claimed this made it a “late return”. I was charged $33 more for that! And they were very rude!

My rental from you was NOT from ACO but FROM FOX. I had to raise a query about the vehicle assigned and to insist that I receive what I had booked and paid for. The Company tried to give me a lower category vehicle. The maintenance light remained on for the entire 9 day period of rental, I had the fear that it would have shut down anytime on the road, but thank God it did not. I would NOT RENT from FOX again. Would NOT RECOMMEND either.
