Had a plane delay. Went to pick up the car about 1.5 hours after the designated time and was told that after ONE HOUR my reservation was cancelled and they had no other cars, leaving me off the airport grounds with no vehicle. Disgraceful way to do business.
Although this agency offered a good rate. I was a bit concerned with a few things. The pick up times from the airport and for the return to airport were not satisfactory. Also, we didn't care for the $600 hold required even though we furnished proof of insurance. The vehicle was dirty when we picked it up and there was no one present at the rental location for about 10 minutes upon arrival.
The attendant gave up my car!!! William patron.!!! I opened a complaint!! I was stuck in Miamai with no rental because all the others were over

It was not clearly described that this rental was off-site from the airport, so I was surprised to learn that when I arrived and had not properly planned that time into my travel schedule. I was forced to pay for insurance on-site when my insurance covers my use of rental cars, so that was a waste of money.
I was not made aware that not coming to pick up your car exactly when you said you would - would result in losing the car all together. Flights get delayed all the time. There were no cars left for me to rent. A phone call, an email would have been nice instead of just giving away my reservation without my knowledge. Completely unacceptable.
The experience was spoiled by the extraordinary steps the salesman took to push us to buy unnecessary additional insurance - another customer was in tears by the time she returned to the airport. I know it's where the profit margin comes from, but a push that hard was counterproductive - I'll be reviewing negatively on as many sites as I can find.
Worst rental car experience. Took forever to be picked up from the airport. Then upon arrival was told my insurance was not accepted and was going to have to pay an additional $25 a day. On top of this they do not offer early morning drop off. We wound up cancelling our reservation which thankfully only cost us $25 and renting a very expensive car from a well known company. ACO did drive us back to the airport. Will never rent from them again. Too many hidden extra fees.
