I was not made aware that not coming to pick up your car exactly when you said you would - would result in losing the car all together. Flights get delayed all the time. There were no cars left for me to rent. A phone call, an email would have been nice instead of just giving away my reservation without my knowledge. Completely unacceptable.
The experience was spoiled by the extraordinary steps the salesman took to push us to buy unnecessary additional insurance - another customer was in tears by the time she returned to the airport. I know it's where the profit margin comes from, but a push that hard was counterproductive - I'll be reviewing negatively on as many sites as I can find.
Worst rental car experience. Took forever to be picked up from the airport. Then upon arrival was told my insurance was not accepted and was going to have to pay an additional $25 a day. On top of this they do not offer early morning drop off. We wound up cancelling our reservation which thankfully only cost us $25 and renting a very expensive car from a well known company. ACO did drive us back to the airport. Will never rent from them again. Too many hidden extra fees.
It was just a terrible experience. They only have one person working in there so make sure you have plenty of time or you could radially miss your flight. They have hidden fees and they really like to hide things. They don't inform you about the insurrection or the fact that they're not actually at the airport. The whole experienceexperience was just terrible.

The shuttle never came to pick us up from the airport. We waited over an hour and finally gave up.
We waited a very long time at the airport for the one and only shuttle to come. Once at the rental building, I was stuck paying double the original quote for insurance coverage I didn't know about prior. I was never told that my original quote would only be honored if ii paid in cash and showed proof of insurance. I will advise all my friends to go elsewhere.
Downright fraudulent. The old bait and switch. They will provide you with a quote -- including extra fees -- then tack on extra fees never mentioned when you arrive to pick-up your car. If you object, they'll tell you too bad, no car/go back to the airport.
Falsely said-at the airport. Car rental center-5 minutes by monorail.But ACO-not at the rental center-it was another van ride away.The stand wasn't labelled;hard to find

The worst-returning the car-since I had insurance through my credit card, I did not take the damage waiver When I returned the car,agent refused to sign there was no damage; no return of $600 hold signed-I had to demand a manager-TIME!!
Even though myself (and other renters in front of me) Had our own car insurance that was approved by our insurance agencies) we were required to get the CDW from ACO. Thier claim was there is a link on thier website to click on to see if your insurance is eligible. I also have CDW through my Mastercard. This feels like a pure bait and switch where they get you in a situation where you have to take the insurance. I will ever rent from them again and thier is a good chance I will not use your
