I am very unimpressed with this rental company. I have rented a lot of cars, and this has to be the worse experience ever. The shuttle took a long time to come, over 30 minutes in fact. When we get there, the trailer that the "company" is in smells something awful. So awful that one of the employees has something in her nose to plug them. I was given a white Toyota Corolla that was full of scratches everywhere. There is not enough room to write down my dissatisfaction with this company.

Mixed experiences. when receiving the car, the lady was not nice at all, and sometimes rude. When I dropped the car, the lady was very very nice and courteous. The car was in good shape but it was dirty in the inside. that was my only problem
Must have another shuttle to the airport reduce waiting time.

The rate quote was really below expectation. I didn't understand that as a Fl resident the mileage was not unlimited. I would suggest to make that more clear to customers when reserving on line.
seems to of been more hidden cost than expected
Was not informed of the $600 hold that was to be placed on my credit card before hand when I went the requesting a vehicle online. All fees need to be shown to the customer for all circumstances that apply to them not just the cost of the car in the best circumstances.
