Cost was double my quoted price. I was forced to purchase the companies insurance policy which was more expensive per day then the actual vehicle price. I would NEVER use this company again !
I will never try to rent from these people again. Hidden insurance fees left us stranded in Orlando, the girl working didn't care at all. Wouldn't even call a supervisor. Thank God for Lyft or we would have had to literally walk from Orlando to Indialantic. This place has less than a 2 star rating for a reason. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

15.00/day rental? They first told me that my car was unavailable because my flight was delayed 1 hr, and it was their "busy" season. They were then able to find me a car, and because I didn't bring my insurance policy, I was unable to waive the insurance which was a ridiculous fee. (should state that when waiving it on line). seatbelts broken in shuttle van Ridiculous

When I arrived there were a couple people having issues so I waited about 15 minutes. They asked for a physical copy of my insurance card, which I later found out was illegal. I had proof of insurance just not a physical card. Then they wanted to charge me an additional $300 for their insurance. Are you kidding me?! My rate for the car was $170. I was not the only person who had this problem and it is the 6-7 people that were there while I was, only 2 ended up with cars everyone else left
