Quoted price is inflated by unnecessary liability insurance. We waited almost one and a balf hour to get picked up. Not worth the minimal savings on the reduced rates.
Make sure to read the fine print... there's a lot of hidden fees and rules that they don't tell you up front and some items are unclear. Make sure you document exactly what has been said or promised to you for your rental. Both customer service over the phone and in person is poor- slow, inefficient, and rude in general. Both times, when I picked up the car for rental and when I returned the car, there were other customers who were having issues with their rental agreements!
Awful experience! Never got vehicle. The insurance card situation along w/ the 600.00 deposit was enough for me to walk away and rent from a more reputable company.
There was this one lady that claimed to be a customer service rep, extremely rude and disrespectful! For sure I will never go back to that place
Had a reservation for 7 am, but the shuttle that was supposed to take us from the Car Rental Center arrived at 7:45 am.
The Car was not that great overall. Engine very noisy everytime you start it and the turning lights were not working at all.

This agency required a paper copy of insurance. I had proof on my phone and the lady would not accept it. So I left. Will never rent from them again.
The car had a problem with the front wheel bearing. There was a continuous roaring sound inside the car while driving on the highway. ACO should make regular test drives with the cars in order to detect any problems other than regular maintenance checks.
We canceled after arriving at the vendor when she said our insurance was not good and would charge $20 per day for same. That would have made the car NO. Deal
