The price you offer for rent is not clear and exclude insurance price .You have to make understandable for customers to negotiate on it.
Terrible customer service, excessive fees, gas tank wasnt full upon pickup, wouldnt take insurance from credit card, and paid more than double (close to triple) of the advertised rate when booked)...

The cars were old.... The staff was horrible and wasn't helpful, the place smelled disgusting.... At the end of the visit I cancelled my reservation and was taken back to the airport where I rented a car from national. Oh, the driver had an issue because he had to take us back to the airport. Mind you I didn't bother to pick us up I TOOK A TAXI! Overall this place was horrible and I will NEVER rent from this company again. And will tell my friends about it
The vehicle was very nice. However, when we arrived to pick up the rental there was no one at the front desk so we waited until I had to walk to the back office and knock for assistance. When I returned the vehicle, the lady behind the counter was moving very slowly, not that it was a terrible thing because it was during opening hours and we were the only ones there. But that kind of slow service certainly would not help others who are in a rush to get to the airport before there flight arrives.

The return staff was horrible and less than helpful. They barely spike to me and watched me struggle to get my luggage out of the car with my small child.
