Should have more than one shuttle van available. Had to wait 30 minutes to be taken back to the airport.
overall, nothing to complaint about. My comment would be more around the different things they disclose to you that are not disclaimed at the moment that you select ACO online, like penalties for returning the car before the day made on the reservation, the fees for using TOLLS, etc. It all ends up making the car slightly more expensive.
Upon arrival the clerk told us we needed to purchase one of their insurances with the lowest costing about $23 a day, or provide them a print out of our insurance. I didn't have a printed copy of my insurance, so I asked if I could print it from an email. They could not allow me to print it. I asked if I could go nearby to print it and they said they were closing soon so they couldn't wait. They offered to drive me back to the airport instead, so I took that option and rented from Thrifty.

Empleado descortés y malhumorado, tuve un inconveniente con el vehículo y no me dio otra opción que cancelar la renta del vehículo, me cobró 25$ por la anulación del contrato sin haber yo sacado el vehículo de las instalaciones de Aco, jamás rentare y nunca recomendaré esta compañía para rentar vehiculo, desearía me contactaran para realizar el reclamo pertinente.

I was late half an hour but had to wait in line for an agent for over 20 minutes as there was one person working. And not to mention that I got charged additional fee because by the time the agent got to us, it was close to an hour after our car was due and therefore got charged extra. It was bad enough to wait for a long time but to get charged extra is just not appreciated.
Didn't get a chance to rent the car was told if I used my own insurance company I would have to pay an additional 600 dollars I've rented all around the country and never heard of something so ludicrous the staff was more interested in getting me to buy insurance then renting me the car me the car I left and rented from someone else and a few customers left with me you lost a few customers and all there friends please work with your staff or you will be out of business soon
I received no emails asking me to bring a physical copy of my car insurance card. Instead I had to pay $23 per day on insurance. This wasn't in my budget but I know the sales rep had me in a tough spot because we needed a car. I will never rent with aco again
