One Of the worst companies to rent a car
Empleado descortés y malhumorado, tuve un inconveniente con el vehículo y no me dio otra opción que cancelar la renta del vehículo, me cobró 25$ por la anulación del contrato sin haber yo sacado el vehículo de las instalaciones de Aco, jamás rentare y nunca recomendaré esta compañía para rentar vehiculo, desearía me contactaran para realizar el reclamo pertinente.

I was late half an hour but had to wait in line for an agent for over 20 minutes as there was one person working. And not to mention that I got charged additional fee because by the time the agent got to us, it was close to an hour after our car was due and therefore got charged extra. It was bad enough to wait for a long time but to get charged extra is just not appreciated.
Didn't get a chance to rent the car was told if I used my own insurance company I would have to pay an additional 600 dollars I've rented all around the country and never heard of something so ludicrous the staff was more interested in getting me to buy insurance then renting me the car me the car I left and rented from someone else and a few customers left with me you lost a few customers and all there friends please work with your staff or you will be out of business soon
I received no emails asking me to bring a physical copy of my car insurance card. Instead I had to pay $23 per day on insurance. This wasn't in my budget but I know the sales rep had me in a tough spot because we needed a car. I will never rent with aco again
Would never recommend this to anyone ! Horrible place , did not Honor quote and then miles said unlimited on statement and when I arrived they said no only if your a foreigner its unlimited if your a Florida resident its 50 cents a mile after 100 miles, and that was so far down in the side print, what kind of a joke is that ! , this place is a scam ! And would never go there it should be flagged

Had to show printed copy of insurance. Staff would not print out the copy. Was adamant on charging an extra $23.00 a day for insurance. I am a former Marine and have USAA insurance. I showed them proof on my phone. Told me that I had to have a printed copy. I asked if she could print it for me. She would not. Terrible experience. Took the shuttle back to the airport and rented from National without a problem.
