The car showed engine light on and the agent said that they just changed the oil and have not reset the computer in the car. They did not offer me another car. I said I would take the car if that was the case. However, after driving for awhile, another light came on the dash board..... low tire pressure. Also the trunk lid did not hold up often when opened, and constantly came down and hit our heads. This is dangerous, especially when you have toddlers and they can accidentally jam fingers.

When we arrived we were told we must have proof of insurance in hand. Although this was written in the email it was buried within a bunch of other information and not apparent. This should have been the first thing stated and it is not usually required. They would not allow me to email or fax them the insurance policy. It's a gimmick. Additionally, there were three employees at the counter and only one helping customers. The one working was fussing at one of the others. Very unprofessional.

Stranded at the airport for 2 1/2 hours. Called several times and the mailbox was full. An hour later I got thru and was told they were on their way. An hour later called back and they said again they were on their way. After 2 1/2 hours and repeated voice mails I told them to cancel my reservation. Better not find a charge on my credit card!

I waited over an hour for the shuttle after I called at least two times to ask to be picked up from the airport...the car I pre-ordered wasn't available and the staff was incredibly unfriendly to me. I waited for the car for an additional hour, and then didn't get the car I ordered. I specifically ordered that car so that I could have a phone charger outlet in the vehicle. The one I was given did not have one and made my vacation extremely inconvenient. I will not be renting from here again.

I had doubts if I should even rent a car for my trip but I was quoted an amazing rate from them online, we booked through ACO but were actually provided by different company that is a partner with them. I booked it and my experiences was we had to wait about 20-30 mins for the shuttle to get us but they honored the price, were extremely helpful and honestly gave exactly what I was told I was going to get. I would definitely use them again without hesitation!

It is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever engaged in. Companies with this philosophy will not survive. In order to compete with the bigger agencies, exceptional customer service should be at the forefront of the company, knowing that loyal customers, repeat business, referrals, rating and customer feedback will help them thrive long term. In the current economy smaller businesses should not treat people like a number. This is shortsighted and will guarantee its demise.

The staff was very rude. We end up paying way more than it suppose. They gave us a insurance without even explaining what was. On the possitive side, they give us a better car, that's all I wouldn't recomend this car rental to anyone
