Overall I rate my experience as good. I have rented for the last three years with Allied. It would be an excellent experience if more staff would be present. The employee that helped me used sign language because she was on the phone with another client and could not even say thank you. Service was slow considering that it was not busy at the time. I rented in
San Juan, Puerto Rico near the airport.

I recuested and reserved a car on the internet but, when I went to pick it up, they told me it wasn't available so they tried to make me take a cheaper and smaller car for the same rate. Awful experience!

It would be helpful if all the rates and fees were included on the website. When we reached the car rental, we had to pay almost an additional $70 in fees that we were not expecting. Taxes were already added on the quote we were given but there were other fees that we were not informed about. Even if the price was not given in the quote, it would have been nice to be warned about the impending fees.
Definitely will recommend this to friends and family.car was clean,spacious served it's purpose.
