Flight was delayed. No grace period given for pick up time. The reservation was "cancelled by the computer". Had to make another reservation which turned out to be at a much higher rate than the original reservation. Then had to wait an additional hour and half until the exact time as stated in the reservation.
Not a pleasant or efficient experience at all.
Although the staff member was left alone to do pick ups, receiving and rents he has great. But is absolutely ridiculous that Allied had available only one staff to take care of the shop. In addition my rental was sent to San Juan, PR when I made my reservation for Agaudilla, PR

It was good. Waited in line for long time due to short staff but when it was my turn they gave me my car fast.
when I arrived at BQN airport and call Allied they basically said they did not have the car I had reserved available , I ask them what were my options and said none because there were no cars available . I was basically stranded . Thanks to Budget car rental my trip was not ruined . BAD never again!
