When I arrived the counter they told me that they didn't had cars available and they can honor my confirmed reservation.
Should have at least complementry coffee.
Need more staff.
I was given a rate over the phone, then at arrival other was given. I tried to contact the supervisor the next day and I left a message which was not delivered or my phone call was not returned.
The entire process was made fast and easy. Gabriel, the representative from the Island Verde branch, was very pleasant and helpful. He went through every detail of the car rental agreement. We felt comfortable signing for something we fully understood and we in accordance with. I would definitely recommend this location to my family and friends. Also, ask for Gabriel if you want friendly and efficient service.
The first rental left me stranded in the airport parking , aparently the battery poles were loose but they figure it out after I keep trying for half hour with the remote control and the car started again. When I called the rental office in Carlina they gave me the Road Assistance phone number after a few calls back and forward the right person shows up after I left the parking lot. Nevertheless after I arrived to the rental office and explained the situation they changed my car for another one

I travel quite often to Puerto Rico and I always use Allied for my car rentals. The service is reliable, which I value greatly since I always travel on the red eye flights. The prices are very resonable and the cars are always ready. I have recommended Allied to a few of my friends and they have been happy as well.
